NSX is VMware's network virtualization and security platform, which allows for the creation and management of virtualized networks, including virtualized switches, routers, firewalls, and other network services.ResponsbilitiesAble to handle Level 2 support for network issues.Involved in all escalated cases and helping customer to resolve the sameMaintain & update documentations.Attend governance meeting with customer.Preparing RCA for escalated issue.Manage support cases to enable faster resolution.Ensure knowledge sharing across the team and enable best practices.Ability to deliver against deadlines.Ready to work on 24/7 basis.Driving cases and delivery targets with OEMMust possess good customer handling skills.
