About this opportunity:
The Network Engineer performs design, optimization and audit of a network to meet the customer requirements. The role is focused on executing design, audit  Ericsson optimization swap services, where the network engineer is responsible for part of the solution ( Rip & Replace ) and part of the service process. The Network Engineer is responsible to upkeep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson

What you will do:
•Fully responsible for End-to-End project delivery and quality processes for Swap and Small cell.
•Delivery Quality responsible – ensuring FTR and On time Delivery
•End Customer facing role for all open swap sites and with solutions
•Analyzing & troubleshooting different network related issues  ( for Nokia and Ericsson vendor )
•Responsible for Cluster Optimization ( MS3 ) , Post Launch Single site Optimization (MS2) and Pre launch (MS1) Improvement plan, Optimization reports, Tracking of all swap sites issue
•Should be willing to deliver in Night Shift ( 8 PM to 5 AM ), extended hours and weekend support

The skills you bring:
·Extensive end to end experience on 2G , 3G , LTE ,VoLTE , NR ( NSA & SA ) and VoNR RF Post Launch optimization
·Addressing multiple markets performing analytical, investigative related to Ericsson and NSN LTE , VoLTE and NR Post Launch Optimization.
·Must have experience on ERCA , EPP  Good to have experience on EEA & DOP , VDT and One Data Tools, True call , IMNOS, ISF, ENM , NetAct
·Extensive experience on Ericsson LTE , VoLTE  and NR ( NSA ,SA  & Vo NR ) counters and timers
·Experience on RPA based automation and data analytical skillset ( Power BI expertise ) will be added advantage.
