We are currently seeking a Network-Data Center-Datacenter Management-Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).
0365 Specialist Roles and Responsibilities
Provide complete administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and PowerApps
Implement and support security policies, such as data retention.
Provide L2/L3 support for end users, experiencing problems with Office 365 applications and services.
Review, test, monitor and make recommendations for standard O365 practices areas for improvement.
Manage anti-spam filtering, logging and email tracking and transport rules.
Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with company policies.
Support Single Sign-On using Active Directory Federation Services with Multi Factor Authentication.
Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell.
Perform migrations and deployments related to the building, upgrade and maintenance of O365 environment.
Manage user's mobile devices through Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (MS Intune).
Create user guides and instructional documents for end-users; Train team members on how to use Office 365 effectively.
Backup and Recovery of O365 environment
Troubleshooting technical issues such as email delivery failures or authentication problems.
Managing the deployment of new features or functionality after they have been tested in a staging environment.
Need Strong Active Directory (including ADFS and Azure AD) and Group Policy configuration and troubleshooting expertise.
Need Strong experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure Rights Management
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system performance and usage to ensure optimal performance and availability. Generate reports on system usage, security, and compliance.
Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security settings and policies to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Handle security incidents and perform regular security audits.
Support and troubleshooting client/server environments, server Health check, PowerShell commands/scripts, bulk reports, monitoring parameters, backups etc.
Server maintenance/upgrades-Patching, RU/CU's, security updates, server installation/deployment, configuring components and software integration.
Knowledge on ITSM tools/platform to perform Request, Incident, Change and problem management. Service management and service level management
Steady state support to the messaging infrastructure, handling on-call responsibilities, complex issues, escalations, server maintenance activities etc.
Should have Good Experience in Customer Coordination (understand customer needs and providing solutions).
Working within the IT team and closely with other business units, you will be a strong communicator and quickly understand the needs of the business, to ensure the infrastructure is underpinned with the best technologies and processes. The role will be a balance between project and BAU work.
