About the Role
This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an Zeta's computer networks, ensuring seamless communication and connectivity. He/she will also handle tasks such as network configuration, troubleshooting, security implementation, and performance optimization to maintain a reliable and efficient network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Analyse and resolve network hardware and software connectivity issues.
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Wireless access points and controllers.
Excellent knowledge of interpreting, preparing, and modifying HLD/LLDs Network Diagrams.
Perform network infrastructure remote monitoring and management using network monitoring tool.
Respond to incoming tickets, troubleshoot, and escalate, if necessary.
Works independently in troubleshooting and providing technical and developer support for products/solutions via email, chat, etc in 24*7 environments.
Managing of security profiles, IPsec VPNs, and firewall implementation.
Typically interact with systems administration teams at client locations or the monitoring team.
Troubleshoots and maintains the WAN network consisting of multiple MPLS links, WAN links from different service providers connecting to ISPs and clients.
Ensure all incidents are responded to within SLA to ensure SLA compliance and provide up time for Zeta and Zeta's clients.
Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of routers and switches (primarily Cisco devices), Firewalls devices including Sonicwall, Juniper SRX and Palo AltoDesign, implement and manage the LAN, MPLS WAN setup for Zeta with its partners and Data centers.
Ensure all networks of Zeta and its connections with the partners are always available and secure.
Ensure all network design documentation are updated in the systems.
Setup, manage and maintain Wireless networks for office using Aruba Wireless products.
Manage a large LAN deployment with more than 2000 end points.
Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in maintaining enterprise data networks.
Familiarity with network diagnostic tools for analysis and problem resolution.
Implementing and maintaining network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
Good Hands-on wireless technology with experience in Aruba.
Should have extensive knowledge of Juniper switching.
Ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals, such as system administrators, security experts, and support teams.
Experience and Qualifications
6+ years of work experience and a certification in JNCIA, CCNA, CCNP .
Worked in either enterprise or data centre environments.
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Firewalls and VPNs.
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Routing, BGP, OSPF.
Open to work in rotational shifts, if required.
