Your day to day -
In your day-to-day role, you will:
Define and drive the product roadmap for merchant growth solutions that prioritize regulatory compliance across global markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Legal,Compliance,and Operations, as well as globally distributed business units, to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.
Leverage data insights toidentifytrends, refine strategies, and ensure products address the unique needs of merchants in diverse markets.
Partner with engineering and design teams to create seamless, personalized merchant experiences that balance compliance with innovation.
Engage stakeholders regularly to align on priorities, communicate progress, and ensure successful product adoption and impact.
What do you need to bring-
At least 7+ Years overall experience with 4+ Years proven experience into product management, with a focus on regulatory compliance,customergrowth, or global market solutions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability toleveragedata insights to inform decision-making and drive productroadmap.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across globally distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
A customer-first mindset, witha track recordof delivering personalized and scalable solutions that balance innovation with compliance.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and translate requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
