Marketing Lead - Radiology

POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing (Products and Pipeline) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the marketing function, driving the growth and success of Radiology brands.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive growth for our Devices & Contrast offerings.
Sales Engagement: Collaborate closely with sales teams to optimize marketing efforts and ensure effective sales execution.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Bayer Radiology Solutions portfolio and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Product Planning: Lead product planning initiatives, ensuring that our product offerings meet market needs and drive customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Alignment: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop an integrated marketing strategy and roadmap for the entire Radiology portfolio (Contrast Media & Fluid Delivery/Disposables & Integrated/Digital Solutions) as well as overseeing the marketing activities within India.
Responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and action plans to drive revenue and profitability growth in India (including creation of new business models, new pricing options/strategies and BD options to grow the business)
Develop new products launches plans, maintain pricing, label expansion, in-licensed products strategy, and special growth projects, including new integrated approach (accomplished through effective collaboration with local RA, Medical and SCM teams).
Support the Country Head in the Transformation of RAD India towards being the Solutions Provider (Disease Management/Integrated Solutions), which enables customer focused, agile and end to end solutions designed specific to customers and shape the way we engage with our customers (that enhances their experience and drive better health outcomes).
Develop digital activation and implement strategies to drive sales excellence throughout the sales team by developing, planning and executing digital activation plans to increase market coverage and target customer engagement utilising CRM, and emerging digital channels.

SCOPE -
AOP:Own and execute the short- and long-term brand plan for the entire portfolio.
Resource Allocation: Determine optimal resource allocation across brands to maximize overall brand performance and achieve strategic objectives.
Sales Team Alignment: Effectively communicate roadmaps to sales teams, ensuring full understanding and implementation to drive sales success.
Customer Feedback Integration: Develop mechanisms to incorporate valuable feedback and requirements from customers and opinion leaders, as shared by the field team.
Performance Goals: Oversee the execution of brand strategies across functional departments to ensure that both top-line sales goals and bottom-line profit goals are met.
Regulatory Collaboration: Collaborate with the local regulatory team to drive efficient regulatory release, product permissions, and market access.
Successful Product Launches: Lead the marketing team to ensure successful product launches that meet the specific needs of the commercial market.
Business Model Innovation: Continuously explore and develop new business models in collaboration with the local sales team, providing support for their successful execution.
Digital Engagement: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to engage with customers, drive brand awareness, and support sales efforts.
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Product Roadmap: Manage and coach product manager to develop and communicate a clear modality roadmap aligned with the long-term strategy of becoming the leading Solution Provider under One Bayer Radiology.

B2C -
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with modality heads of major OEMs
Plan regular promotional and training programs for OEMs to create competitive edge
Develop joint marketing/sales plans to increase market access/penetration for Bayer's Digital Solution portfolio

WHO YOU ARE:
Education: MBA or equivalent (preferably in healthcare, business, or marketing)
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare marketing or sales, with a focus on radiology.
Market Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the radiology market and strong industry contacts to support business development.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to drive performance, improve efficiencies, and develop effective business strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Project Management: Strong project management, planning, and prioritization skills.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Business Acumen: Demonstrated business acumen, including experience developing and executing business proposals and operating within healthcare procurement models.
Collaboration: Excellent networking, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
Analytical Skills: Proven analytical capabilities and experience in strategy development.
Adaptability: Flexible mindset and willingness to embrace change and align with business transformation.
Process Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of processes and matrix structures, like those found in the Bayer Group.
