Market Manager - Mining (F/M/D)

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Primary objective is to develop Mining business for Klueber from scratch . Mobile equipment in mining as a focus.Explore the opportunities in Government Mining and develop the contacts with decision makers.Explore and support in appointing new channel partners exclusive to develop mining business.Develop and nurture strategic partnership with HEMM suppliers and maintenance contractors to promote Klueber solutions.Develop and nurture strategic partnership with O&M contractors of private as well as Government mining.Collaboration with GIT Machinery to develop and nurture strategic partnership with OEMs of HEMM.Strategic partnerships with OEM , O&M contractors, Maintenance workshops.Collaboration with the team to drive new initiatives in Mining industry.Initiative for new product development with taking responsibility of idea generation to final product collaboration with cross functional team.Compiling reports on account progress, goals and forecasts for stakeholders.Communicating and collaborating with marketing , sales and service team to ensure key clients' needs are fulfilled.Developing thorough understating of applications in mining and suggest the product , training for colleagues.Conducting seminars/ workshop at customer end.Qualifications:Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering preferably with MBA in Marketing.8 to 10 years of experience in a Multi National Company.Proficient in MS office applications and CRM software.Strong negotiation and leadership skill.Excellent communication & presentation skillsSound technical knowledge about LubricantsThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
