We are looking for: Manual/Automation Test Specialist,
You'll make an impact by:
Test Planning and Strategy:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test strategies.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Manual Testing:
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools.
Complete test cases and evaluate results to ensure the software meets business needs.
Automation Testing:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
Select and apply appropriate test automation frameworks and tools.
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
Reporting and Documentation:
Document test results, generate test reports, and provide feedback to developers.
Ensure clear and precise documentation of issues, defects, and test execution steps.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends and tools in software testing.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance software quality.
Use your skills to move the world forward!
2 to 5 years of experience in manual and/or automation testing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in testing tools like Play-Wright, TypeScript, etc.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Azure).
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Angular, Python, or C#.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and database testing.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
