Manager - Talent Acquisition
POSITION PURPOSE:
Lead our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract top talent in a rapidly evolving market endorsing Best Bayer .
Deep functional expertise in talent acquisition, workforce and skills planning, coupled with a strong digital acumen and a proven ability to work in an agile environment.
Strength on market insight, community leadership, and the ability to establish meaningful external connections to enhance our talent strategy and employer branding
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition Execution
Lead the execution of the talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to forecast workforce needs and develop comprehensive talent sourcing strategies.
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring for a diverse range of roles.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment practices and ensure effective and efficient hiring decisions.
Develop a strong understanding of emerging skill sets and market trends to enable a strong talent pipeline creation
Digital Acumen & Agile Working
Utilize digital tools and platforms to drive recruitment efficiency, including AI-based sourcing, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruitment strategies.
Optimize the talent acquisition process, ensuring speed, flexibility, and adaptability in recruitment practices with digital enablements
Stay updated on the latest HR technologies and innovations that can enhance recruitment capabilities.
External Networking & Market Acumen
Build and maintain a strong network with external recruitment partners, industry experts, academic institutions, and professional communities.
Staying abreast on current industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and labor market shifts.
DEI & Employer Branding
Be an advocate of employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and top-tier talent.
Engage and Participate in community engagement initiatives and diversity hiring programs that foster an inclusive workplace culture.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership, to align recruitment goals with business priorities.
Collaborate with the business leaders on talent-related matters, offering insights and solutions for complex recruitment challenges.
RPO Resource Management
Lead and govern the RPO resource to optimize successful and qualitative actionables within the prescribed timelines

WHO YOU ARE:
Balanced and rounded experience of 8 + years in Human resources
Must Have- Very good communication, strong stakeholder management in an individual contributor role, coordination skill and agility . Deep understanding of the end-to-end talent acquisition process, workforce analytics, and recruitment best practices.
Desirable – good data management , analytical and presentation skills, experience of employer branding , working with an RPO .
