Manager, Software Engineering - Trading

Addepar is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager- Trading to join our world-class team. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our engineering efforts in the trading domain. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving the technical direction for trading systems
Collaborating with teams from various departments to successfully implement trading strategies
Building and managing a team of exceptional engineers
Ensuring flawless and timely execution of trading deliverables
Developing and maintaining relationships with trading partners

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering 
Proven experience in leading engineering teams in the trading industry
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
In-depth knowledge of trading systems and strategies
Good experience and knowledge in the below tech stack including :
Java (Version 17 OR 21) , Kafka, Spring Boot, Quarkus, AWS , SQL/noSQL Databases
Nice to have experience with CI/CD pipelines ,terraform, docker, kubernetes, etc
