As the Premix Site Manager for our Health Nutrition and Care BU in Vadodara, India, you are responsible for the overall management of the site. You will directly lead the production, maintenance, warehouse and project teams. In addition, you will work closely with the quality and supply chain teams in achieving our operations KPIs and closely partner with the business team to achieve our targets.

Your key responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversee all aspects of the premix plant, including SHE, Quality, Delivery and Cost
Set targets and KPI's and ensure adequate management reporting of the performance of the plant
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the plant is complying with all DSM-Firmenich requirements and other relevant regulations and best practices.
Work closely with other departments to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and delivered timely.
Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to ensure that production meets customer demand
Select, manage, coach, and develop staff in line with company values and behaviors.
Lead and drive continuous improvement activities in the plant. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce waste
Ensure CAPEX execution as per timeline and budget
You bring
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field
At least 10 years' experience in manufacturing management within an ISO certified and /or cGMP regulated environment
Experience managing a site or production team
Relevant qualifications and experience in a dry and/or liquid blend manufacturing environment
Proven problem solving and decision making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of SAP, continuous improvement is a plus
