Title- Manager Digital & Analytics, HNC
Location- Hyderabad
Job model – Hybrid

Purpose of the position
As Digital & Analytics (Associate) Manager at HNC (Health, Nutrition & Care), you'll shape and build HNC's digital and analytics capabilities to drive growth and deliver the strategic ambitions. You'll drive the development and delivery of tangible use cases touching multiple commercial and sales domains (e.g., commercial excellence, customer management, go-to-market, e-commerce, growth analytics and insights) and working closely with other functions and global teams. You will own these digital products until full scale-up and selected strategic ones for longer periods as single point of contact with senior management and other key stakeholders.

Key Areas of accountability/responsibility 
Digital product development and delivery:work with agile teams to manage and steer the design and development of innovative digital products and solutions for sales and commercial applications; build and tests concepts and MVPs; develop and scale-up target solutions across the organization closely working with other functions and global teams.
Analytics and reporting:own selected strategic products and solutions, running analysis and reporting for key stakeholders.
Project management:ensure timely delivery according to the digital roadmap; manage independencies across functions; address roadblocks and (re)prioritize resources as needed.
Stakeholder management, communication &  driving adoption:actively engage with different stakeholders affected by the digital initiatives (e.g., sponsors, users, partners); clearly communicate actions, proposed solutions and trade-off. Be a driving force for adopting digital products by user community
Problem solving:act a business translator, converting business requirements into actionable digital solutions and working jointly with the Digital & Technology team to develop and scale them.

You Bring
University degree with a technical or analytical background
2-4 years' experience working in global organization or structured (digital) scale-up
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and design solutions that align with overall business goals and impact
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to embrace challenging analytical problems with innovative solutions, while being pragmatic and adopting an agile way of working ("test & learn") with multiple stakeholders.
Familiar with agile product development
Proficiency in Excel; experience with other analytics and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) will be valued.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment where change is a constant
