We are looking forM&Q Supervisor - Production Cell Converters & Signaling
You'll make a difference by
Plan & control manufacturing & testing as per production plan. Monitor plan vs actual & initiate necessary countermeasures to achieve the production targets.
Monitor and update production milestone confirmation and readiness (SDS) in SAP.
Ensure quality of manufacturing processes & products, Quality data collection and analysis during manufacturing and testing, Initiate CAPA on deviation.
Ensure manufacturing & testing as per applicable guidelines/procedures and maintain necessary records.
Monitor shopfloor productivity & initiate improvement actions, if required.
Monitor & improve defined Key Performance Indicators in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Non-conformance cost.
Ensure smooth customer inspections and inspection documentations.
Implementation of necessary actions in line with customer feedback.
Supervise operators, train/ guide/ counsel/ motivate and initiate actions to resolve their grievances in order to improve performance and maintain healthy IR.
Impart training to operators for M&Q processes, provide technical guidance and test set-ups.
Conduct SFM meetings with support functions.
Ensure implementation of applicable QMS & EHS guidelines / processes.
Support IE for manufacturing and testing capacity planning and productivity improvement initiatives.
Participate and/or facilitate in implementation of Continuous Improvement Program (CIP), Top+ projects, Lean/SPS & EHS initiatives, 5S and 3i.
Support product development activities for new/existing products and implementation of amendments.
Technical support & training to vendors for outsourced activities.
Ensuring implementation of company regulations regarding product safety.
Desired Skills:
We are looking for a Diploma (Electronics / Industrial Electronics) with 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing and testing of converters/ Drives/ Electronics panels/ PCBs/relays/railway signaling products
In depth knowledge of SMT / THT PCB assembly processes, PCB In-circuit and function testing, IPC610 standard will be added advantage.
The role also requires working in shifts.
