We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire logistics process.
What you'll do:
·Manage operations of STPI, SEZ/ Customs by following related norms and regulations.
·Duty Free Imports
·De-bonding/destruction/e-waste of duty-free goods
·Inter Unit Transfers
·Re-exports of duty-free goods
·Temporary Removal
·Handle export/import paperwork & permits.
·Overview the STPI and Customs operations.
·Responsible for on time shipment clearance.
·Develop weekly/monthly review mechanism with the team and CHA.
·Perform Quarterly Audits with respect to Bond Registers, License renewals etc.
·Build robust bonded asset tracking tools.
·Monitoring the preparation of statutory Returns & Compliance of EXIM Procedures.
·Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders.
·Keeping the tracking of shipments and reporting transportation metrics.
·Maintaining records of import and export shipments.
·Good knowledge of Regularity certification, permit, and approvals.
·Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances.
What you must have:
·Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
·A degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain / Indirect Taxation / EXIM) would be advantageous.
·2-6 months of experience in STPI/SEZ compliance and logistics.
·Excellent internal customer service abilities
·Ability to manage multiple job assignments
·The ability to work on assignments independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
·Well conversant with the procedure of Excise & Customs and thorough knowledge of Export Import.
·Commercial knowledge of shipping mode, Incoterms, asset depreciation, etc. required
·Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
·Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
