Linuxone Technical Enablement Specialist For Data Serving

Setting up and configuring internally and externally database instances (Oracle, DB2 UDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB)
Provide technical enablement for customers through webinars, and proof of technology hands on labs/classes
Ability to provide SME advisory engagements, and Proof of Technologies (POTs) for customers to help compare LinuxONE to their existing or future technologies
Ability to present technical presentations to customers
Help customers evaluating IBM LinuxONE solutions troubleshoot performance/technical problems
Work with IBM and 3rd Party technical support teams to help resolve technical issues utilizing standard support and escalation processes
Provide technical user support to customers and IBM development teams for enablement
Design, create, and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and infrastructure on Linux systems for customer-facing products
Evaluate new LinuxONE capabilities (e.g. compression, quantum safe encryption, security, and AI) and help LinuxONE customers leverage these new technologies
Setting up and administering container-based data serving solutions
Setting up and administering Linux infrastructure in a Hybrid cloud environment
Implementing and managing DevOps pipelines
Writing and maintaining solution technical documentation
Maintaining communication with customers and IBM sales teams
Support technical solutions through research and evaluations of technology an assist in delivery of high-quality and innovative solutions
Follow IBM Guidelines and ensure solution compliance with IBM ITSS
