He/She initiates, develops and leads programs and processes within a business group, to strengthen the organization capacity and support business growth.What will your job look like?You will understand the global business context and translate the trends into learning implications, will act as a consultant and source of knowledge to the business in your area of expertise, conduct strategic processes and sessions in your area of expertise, engage and partner with variety of stakeholders to leverage successful performance in the units.You will proactively diagnose the organizational challenges and opportunities for learning, tailoring solutions for specific local needs, balance unique BU needs with corporate initiatives and strategy to create optimal solutions and plans.You will lead end-to-end programs, own end-to-end processes and perspective of change, to optimally address business needs manage programs, based on needs analysis and Amdocs strategic directions.You will build relevant and best-in-class tools and methodologies and implement them in the business, implement top-down initiatives, while customizing and adapting to local characteristics and capacity.You will Implement new learning solutions that meet business objectives and targets within a specific unit.
