Job Description

This role will be at the centre of supplier due diligence; bringing exposure to the changing risks facing Tesco and its supply chains; and providing opportunities to help Tesco mitigate challenges from this rapidly changing environment. The role will help protect the business from risk by leading the reputational due diligence team and being the point of contact for reputational due diligence throughout the business.
- I will be responsible for guiding the supplier due diligence team through their processes. - I will be working closely with other support functions and subject matter experts to answer any questions on the due diligence process. - I will manage the development of the due diligence platform's reporting and dashboard capabilities to drive and maintain peak performance within the team. - I will support the planning and coordination of specific supplier due diligence programmes and projects. - I will escalate to the Group Legal Business Integrity team for guidance on challenging cases or projects as needed. - I will be required to understand business needs and have an in depth understanding of other Tesco processes. - I will need to build on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques. - I will be responsible for guiding the tasks and transactions of the team so they satisfy KPIs. - I will help solve process problems by analyzing solution alternatives and engaging with teams around the business. - I will coordinate regular clean up activities of our supplier records to ensure the data we have on our third party system is accurate and complete - I will be the point of contact for our third party due diligence platform and will ensure to maintain the platforms processes. -Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process; compliance and audit -Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management -Driving CI culture; implementing CI projects and innovation for withing the team
- Analytical and data driven mind-set; with a proven track record of creatively turning complex data into insights. - Experience in collating and analysing data with the ability to summarise review findings accurately and concisely; including evidence relied upon and rationale for decision. - Exposure to legal work or work supporting legal teams e.g. paralegal - Previous experience of due diligence work including reputational Due Diligence - Experience with leading large projects and coordinating a team

Qualifications

- Excellent people leading skills
- Ability to understand complicated information as well as the bigger picture and identify the best course of action
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and limited information
- Relationship building and demonstrating good ability to work with various stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills
- Good Excel and presentational skills
- Familiarity and comfort with managing large datasets.
