Senior React Developer

We are seeking a talented and highly-motivated Senior React Developer to join our team to provide leadership, guidance, and hands-on expertise in React. The ideal candidate is someone who not only possesses strong technical skills but is also committed to mentoring and elevating the skills of junior team members. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on an innovative new cloud-hosted, web-based Transportation Management product.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team of 8 developers, guiding them in React best practices and code quality

Collaborate within a cross-functional team, including designers and backend developers

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote a collaborative and constructive learning environment

Actively participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative problem-solving

Stay up-to-date with both Trimble and industry best practices and emerging trends, with the intention of imparting this knowledge to junior developers

Qualifications:
Experience as a React Developer

A desire to mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and code quality

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing

Extensive knowledge of React, JavaScript, and associated libraries/frameworks

Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers

Strong understanding of web technologies, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
