We're seeking someone to join our team as Lead Business Analyst within Research Platform fleet, supporting Institutional Research analysts and clients.
InstitutionalSecurities_Technology
Institutional Securities Technology (IST) develops and oversees the overall technology strategy and bespoke technology solutions to drive and enable the institutional businesses and enterprise-wide functions. IST's 'clients' include Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, Investment Banking, Research, Prime Brokerage and Global Capital Markets.
Advisory & Sales Distribution
Advisory is responsible for end-to-end process life cycle support for Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets and Research with a focus on efficiency, scale, and time to market. Sales Distribution develops technology for the firm's IED and FID Sales and Distribution business units, creating application synergies across the businesses various platforms
Business Analysis
This is Vice PresidentPosition that analyzes business processes, identifies needs, and establishes requirements to enhance efficiency and productivity through a blend of business acumen and analytical skills.

What you'll do in the role:
• Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and translate them into user stories for delivery by agile teams.
• Manage backlogs and facilitate ceremonies for one or more agile teams.
• Coordinate delivery of interrelated components by multiple agile squads.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies for business analysis and agile delivery.
What you'll bring to the role:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences from senior business stakeholders to senior technologists to junior developers.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and team management skills.
• 10+ yrs of strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading agile teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
