About the team: We are responsible for running the Paytm Cashback Points Program
About the role: This is a business development role. Will involve working closely with brands across focus
categories & on-boarding them on Paytm Cashback Points Program. The incumbent in this role will be
responsible for meeting monthly targets
Expectations/ Requirements
1. Be the subject matter expert who understands client & business goals; accordingly analyze & provide
appropriate solutions
2. Engage actively in upselling / cross selling fresh opportunities that can grow client's investments on
Paytm cashback points
3. Work with Sales & Campaign ops team to manage business revenues & client goals
4. Review campaigns & proactively identify/ discuss critical inputs
5. Pre-sales: sales pitch, narrative, solutioning
6. Conduct post campaign analysis sessions with stakeholders to decide on future course of action
Ideal Candidate Should have:
1. 3-4 years of experience in solution selling ; with at least 3 years focused towards client servicing
2. Preference toward individuals who have worked on rewards programs
3. Strong Presentation & Communication skills
Education:
1. Graduation is compulsory.
2. MBA in marketing or sales would be an added advantage
