JOB DESCRIPTION:Preparation of Bill of quantities & taking off the quantities from the various drawings as well as Preparation of BBS for all types of buildings for RCC Structures.Preparation of DLR & DPR statements daily.Generation of Client/Contractor bills as per required formats and Preparation & Verification of sub-contractors/PRWs bills as per the agreements for the payable quantities.Preparation of rate analysis of various types of items of works.Preparation of GFC BOQ, comparative statements and regular MIS reports on time.Coordinate with client, and subcontractor for smooth work progress.Reconciliation of materials like cement, steel, and other free supply materials and also Reconciliation of billed quantities vs quantities paid to sub-contractors/PRWs.Should have strong knowledge of various thumb rules and ratios for civil construction items such as cement consumption, Raw Material consumption, reinforcement consumption, etc.Should be updated with the current market rates of all Labour works.Calculating the escalations in terms of Price and other factors.Formulation of work orders of sub-contracts including preparing/arranging technical Specification related to civil, electrical & plumbing.Supporting senior members of the team in the day-to-day management and delivery of projects.Participating in meetings and preparing MOMs.Good knowledge of MS Office, and Auto Cad.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and arithmetic skills.Should have a thorough knowledge of construction methods and be capable of deriving rates.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is Mandatory and Microsoft Project/ERP exposure would be an added advantage.Willingness to learn.
