How will you make an impact in this role?
Automation CoE in Controllership is playing a key role in creating state of the art automation solutions. We have a strategic seat at the table and our unique insights are valued in a highly competitive marketplace and increasingly complex finance environment. This team integrates human thinking with machine efficiency to deliver process excellence. The team works to understand processes, automate repeatable, rule based manual intensive tasks, create analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by various tool integrations and processes reengineering.
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, should be willing to learn new technologies. Your role will also be providing support for existing automation solutions in terms of troubleshooting and enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
BE/B Tech/MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills Requirement
Demonstrable experience in working on Support, Maintenance and Enhancement projects (4+ Years)
Highly motivated, ability to identify and resolve issues and deliver solutions proactively and independently.
Good re-engineering skills (going through existing code and figure out the dependencies/data flows and document them)
Exposure to Agile development methodology
Good understanding of object-oriented principles with an ability to write clean cod
Excellent in Core Java with knowledge of basic data structures
Databases-SQL/No SQL
Other Tools Git, JIRA, Confluence
Experience with webservices-REST
Basic understanding of DevOps like Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD
Good to Have
Has worked on UI automations using Open-Source Tech Robot Framework and is aware of use of selenium libraries
Understanding on RPA or RDA automations or both
Experience in Finance Domain will be added advantage
