About this opportunity:
We are seeking an IT Security Specialist & IT Enterprise System Administrator to join our IT Managed Services team. This role involves working within a sophisticated service delivery framework and adhering to strict SLAs.
What you will do:
Manage Pulse Policy Secure (NAC), Symantec Endpoint Protection, Microsoft Public key Infrastructure, Bluecoat Secure Web Gateway, Content Analysis, Malware Analysis, Microsoft TMG & DigiCert Enterprise Certificate Management.
Good knowledge about process / metrics and controls. Ability to create new process and reporting matrices as and when required.
Identify and implement operational and technical methods for improving the efficiency and quality of processes. Identify the existing gaps and propose optimum solution to address the same.
Provide technical expertise and handle escalated issues. Mentor L1 engineers to improve their technical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding and knowledge on IT – Security Functions, in-depth product functionality and customization.
Review periodic performance report on IT – Security Tools and provide guidance on performance tuning and capacity planning.
Perform root cause analysis, trending and reporting for critical incidents.
Participate in security incident response - implementing containment and remediation through Security Tools.
Demonstrate technical skills in security architecture review, gap analysis and opportunity to fine-time and/or integrate security technologies.
You will bring!
Manage the IT – Security Tools to clients (24 x 7, 365 days per year) and ensure that service levels are achieved.
Proven experience & Operations knowledge on IT - Security tools such as Pulse Policy Secure (NAC), Symantec Endpoint Protection, Microsoft Public key Infrastructure, Bluecoat Secure Web Gateway, Content Analysis, Malware Analysis, Microsoft TMG, & DigiCert Enterprise Certificate Management.
Good understanding and knowledge on IT – Security functions and troubleshooting, information security principles, security best practices and enhancing and strengthening the IT – Security tools and polices.
Strong knowledge on system upgrades and maintenance activities.
Ability to work constructively under pressure and flexible to support outside of business hours.
Team player and focused on knowledge transfer. Customer oriented, Service minded.
