Powering the transformation to a data-driven organization, the Data
Intelligence & Automation team of Smart Infrastructure provides data
services and solutions to enable the business to use the power of their data.
You'll break new ground by:
Design robust and scalable architecture for automation
use cases using various technologies, including Low Code platforms, RPA, AI,
and machine learning.
Ensure seamless integration between existing systems and
new automation solutions to enhance data flow and collaboration.
Address and troubleshoot complex technical challenges,
ensuring the resilience and reliability of automation solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the
development team, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and security
are followed.
Lead technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and
successful delivery of automation solutions.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand
their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Continuously review and optimize the technical processes
of the Hyperautomation service to identify opportunities for innovation,
efficiency gains, and quality improvements.
You're excited to build on your existing expertise,
including:
Proven experience of at least 5 years in application
development, with significant expertise in automation technologies and Low Code
solutions.
Deep understanding of system architecture and design
principles, including experience with integrating disparate systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, providing
guidance and ensuring high standards of development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot
and resolve complex technical issues.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to
manage projects in an Agile environment.
Good communication and organizational skills to
effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience with Mendix is
highly valued.
Experience in other low-code development platforms is
also valued.
