This role is for a highly process-oriented and dynamic professional who will be specifically focused on the Core Accounts Capacity and Financials governance team with particular focus on the regulatory Programs and Projects in our portfolio. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. In this role the successful candidate will liaise with key stakeholders to deliver high quality capacity and financial management.
Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
The candidate must be able to show experience in the capacity planning and portfolio financial management in a business aligned global technology organization and liaising with senior product and technology stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have also the knowledge to review and drive process automation where required.
An experience using data analytics tools and dashboards to manage complex financial reports and capacity planning are a preferred requirement.

Responsibilities:
Drive the budget planning in cooperation with the relevant stakeholders in product, business office and technology management
Review the ARTs Capacity Planning and the financial forecast for assigned portfolio in our dedicated platforms
Analise trends and identify possible variances, risks and opportunities
Prepare and discuss Capacity and Financial reports with senior stakeholders and business office on a regular basis
Coordinate and Manage financial transfers with partners and Business Office
Recommends and oversees process improvements.
Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

6-10 years experience in a similar role with commensurate people management experience and subject matter expert in overall field.

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
