The Resiliency Coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing disaster/cyber recovery programs. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our business remains secure and resilient in the event of any unforeseen disruptions.
The IT Resiliency Team is dedicated to ensuring the resilience and continuity of our operations in the face of unforeseen events. The selected candidate will play a vital role in safeguarding business operations against various disruptions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster/cyber recovery plans, including risk assessments, continuity strategies, and response procedures
Lead Disaster/Cyber Recovery exercises; specifically plan, execute, and evaluate regular disaster/cyber recovery exercises to validate the effectiveness of recovery plans and make necessary adjustments
Tradition project management activities and deliverables: project plans, resource plans, status reporting, and project outcomes (creation and updating of playbooks to ensure the internal operations team can lead future DR/CR failover efforts on an annual basis).
Collaborate with IT, security, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment between disaster/cyber recovery and security strategies
Work with IT Security to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments to evaluate their impact on operations
Maintain accurate documentation of disaster/cyber recovery plans, procedures, and incident response protocols
Lead disaster/cyber recovery efforts in the event of a disruption, coordinating the response and recovery activities
Develop and provide training to employees on disaster/cyber recovery and business continuity procedures to enhance preparedness
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ Years of experience with Project lead experience 1 to 2 years
Good Verbal and written communication skills
