The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP systems and processes including S4 Hana but also have a strong background in recruitment and interviewing, with a proven ability to attract, assess, and hire top talent. Candidates applying for this position must have have technical experience in SAP in addition to interview skills. Candidates will be conducting technical interviews and assessments to recruit top level talent in the SAP field. Required skills/qualifications:
Technical competence:Proficent in SAP including S4 Hana
SAP System Implementation:Lead or participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP systems to meet business needs, focusing on modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM.
2+ yearsof working experience related to the above skillsets.
Business Process Optimization:Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and translate these into SAP system enhancements.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
Interviewing:Coordinate and conduct interviews (both in-person and virtual), ensuring an effective and professional assessment of candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Experience:Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates, clear communication, and respectful engagement.
Flexibility at their current job to take this challenge as a part-time, independent contractor
Responsibilities:
As an Interview Lead, you will be sourcing candidates, proper screening of candidates, and complete interviews. Leads will conduct 4-5 interviews (30 minutes) a day along with the sourcing and recruiting of candidates.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of channels to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies
Interviewing:Coordinate and conduct 4-5 daily interviews (virtual), ensuring an effective and professional assessment of candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
