TheData Integration Sr Lead Analystis responsible for overseeing daily activities that support the execution of the BAU data process execution and/or support B&I Data use cases through collaboration with functions, regions and lines of business. This role partners with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, and engages in cross functional collaboration to achieve outcomes. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, along with strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required.
You will work within one or more teams across B&I Data and the subject matter experts from Risk/Finance/ Technology to design, validate, develop and deploy both minimum viable products (MVP) as well as ready to deploy solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, build and enhance high-performance, data-intensive solution from all the way to data acquisition, rendering, visualization and distribution.
Build and enhance existing data quality process to ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of various dashboard and reports.
Lead a versatile teams of junior data scientist, analyst, and engineers
Project manage (including business analysis) end to end delivery from conceptual metrics design to fully automation
Deliver B&I Data processes related to metric, production, controls monitoring or enterprise data governance mechanisms.
Gather, synthesize and distill detailed information to deliver crisp and succinct executive-level communication for metrics production storyboard
Liaise with key partners in the Functions and Lines of Business to provide seamless metrics execution
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred. Prior strategy consulting experience with a focus on change management and program delivery preferred.
10+ years of team management experience.
Exceptional knowledge of storyboarding, power point presentations and senior level white paper writing.
Excellent business analysis and project management skills required
Excellent understanding of Microsoft suite, Python, Tableau and SQL, analytical skills
Exceptional negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels
Working knowledge of Citi's Data Operating Model desired
Broad understanding of the business technology landscape, the ability to design reports, and strong analytical skills.
Know how to read/write to database systems, such as SQL, NoSQL (Graph, KV, Columnar), Object Storage, with ability to work with various data formats.
Familiarity with the ETL processes and Task/Job Schedulers and ability to troubleshoot technical issues on your own.
familiarity with Java and its latest features, such as lambda expressions, functional interfaces, etc.
Worked with web development frameworks and related libraries, such as React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.
