Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Intern with Embedded C Programming and Linux skill to join our dynamic team. The intern will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience in Firmware development and contributing to the success of our organization. This is a unique opportunity for a student or recent graduate to apply their Embedded C programming and Linux skills in a professional setting and to learn from experienced Firmware developers.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Collaborate with the development team to design, implement and develop Firmware solutions using Embedded C and Linux OS.
•
Debug and troubleshoot Firmware issues, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
•
Able to write test cases from Stories/Requirements
•
Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
•
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Firmware components and ensure seamless functionality.
•
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in C development and Linux OS.
•
Assist in the optimization of existing code for improved performance.
Qualifications:
•
Currently pursuing a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering
•
Strong knowledge of Embedded Systems and Embedded C programming language.
•
Strong knowledge of Linux Operating System with hands-on experience
•
Familiarity with different debugging techniques
•
Familiarity with Firmware development tools and version control systems.
•
Strong knowledge of microcontroller programming with different peripheral interfaces like UART, I2C, SPI etc.
•
Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
•
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
•
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Skills:
•
Experience with Firmware development in a professional or academic setting.
•
Academic hands-on with multi-threading application.
•
Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Python, C++).
•
Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
•
Familiarity with Firmware testing methodologies.
