We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst?to join our Cash Processing / Funds Transfer?team. This role is in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education. At least 2+ years' experience in current role. Should understand Custody & Institutional business. Excellent analytical skills, and end to end document checking without oversight Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Exposure to managing Client requirements & operational deliverables viz. SLA, KRI, KPI etc. Should be able to provide performance feedbacks and manage people/ business expectations Flexibilities with time zones. Conducts review processes and procedures to reduce risk and enhance efficiency. Apply key controls/processes to identify potential risk Has proven track record of satisfactory delivery of services to the client To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in financial services preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
