We're seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Client Processing to join our Lockbox team. This role is located in Chennai, TN-Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Process management including risk assessment and team management, maintenance of operation controls, management reporting, workload balancing, and escalation of problems/issues as required.
Day-to-day operational oversight of teams. Increasing the efficiency of the team through process improvements. Manage a group of Team memebers. Maintaining the agreed SLA. Exceeding client expectations. Onshore Management reporting and delivering onshore goals.
Participate in quality programs and initiatives to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided. Help and/or support any ongoing projects as requested by managers or co-workers. Complete any required documentation for productivity measurement. Closely adhere and follow all regulatory requirements and internal SOP's.
Must think out of the box to develop creative approaches towards problem solving.
Interactive communication and influencing skill to motivate individuals or groups who may have different interests and goals. Requires presentation of potentially complex information and views.
Excellent written communication skills to communicate and escalate issues/queries through email and/or presentation of potentially complex information and views within groups or to senior management
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
2-3 years of experience of handling team/s. Exposure to quality tools, MS Office and strong communication skills.
Strong people management skills.
Stakeholder management in their prior roles.
Exhibit proficiency to handle complex numerical data
