Inside Sales Executive

PURPOSE OF POSITION
To take ownership of some existing customer accounts, but primarily tasked with supporting the sales for new business and opportunities across all product ranges within the allocated region. Answering questions raised by new/old customers by getting support from the Product Management team. Supporting the sales/CS to build strong working relationships, maximizing revenue and margin. Identifying opportunities for product and market development within existing and new customers. Do the allocated effective lead qualification and attend enquiries/queries. Update and maintain all systems as required, including but not limited to SAP/JDE and Salesforce.  
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supporting India sales team for effective customer account management, (Primarily Phone, Teams etc. with occasional face-face as and when required).
Take ownership and drive OEM's opportunities in SEA Region. 
Data analysis of customer accounts, market sectors and product groups of the named accounts
Gathering and recording of market intelligence for SEA region. 
Recording of Qualifying Leads to Opportunities using Standard Work procedures.
Communication of pricing updates to customers including pricing negotiations 
May be assigned additional projects and responsibilities as required 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 
Technical Skills/Knowledge
3-5 years of Sales experience with a technical product (Sensing technologies). 
Technical education is a must (Preferably Graduate in Engineering/Technology).
Relevant experience in Inside Sales, and/or Business Development in a technical sales or industrial environment 
High proficiency in English language is essential including the ability to converse and write about commercial or technical subjects.
Excellent Numeracy skills
Proficient skills of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Solid grounding and understanding of CRM. SFDC preferred.
SAP Skills advantageous

Excellent communication skills both verbal/written
Effective time management and personal organization
Demonstrates tenacity and drives for results.
Problem solving & continuous improvement mentality.
Resilient, empathetic with excellent interpersonal skills. 

Should possess high level of account management skills, but with a strong focus on Sales growth.
