Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Associate - Infrastructure Engineer to join our Office Enablement and IT Operations team. This role is crucial in providing advanced technical support and managing our IT infrastructure to ensure the reliable operation of systems, networks, and hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Deliver advanced technical support, resolve complex system issues, and manage system maintenance for optimal network, hardware, and infrastructure performance.
System & Network Management: Oversee Intune, Azure Active Directory (AD) & Group Policy, VDI, Remote Apps, and public key infrastructure. Configure and troubleshoot operating systems, Office applications, and end-user systems.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of End-User Computing (EUC) specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Device Management: Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, and end-user devices. Develop and enforce standards for hardware, software, and system configurations.
Vendor & Relationship Management: Handle relationships with EUC technology vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Manage advanced printer/peripheral setups, troubleshoot Windows applications, and address networking issues.
Security & Compliance: Implement robust backup strategies, engage in disaster recovery planning, and ensure data protection.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Intune, Azure AD & Group Policy, VDI, Remote Apps, app packaging, and public key infrastructure. Strong knowledge of computer networking and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
End-User Support: Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Operating Systems, Office Applications, VPNs, and network connectivity. Experience with Microsoft O365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and digital certificates.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, driving innovation, and achieving business objectives.
Problem-Solving: Extensive experience in diagnosing and resolving issues in LAN/WAN environments.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to manage user requests, service interruptions, and collaborate with specialized teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields
Experience: 5-7 years in a similar role
Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar
CompTIA Network+ or equivalent
ITIL Foundation (optional but preferred)
Certifications in Intune, Azure AD, or related technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate)
