Recommend continuous performance improvement of Infrastructure Landscape
Management of Storage, Servers, Network, Backup, Monitoring etc.
Define, Implement and Manage Business Continuity.
Drive Hybrid Cloud Security Requirements.
Act as client advocate in helping them define the Hybrid Cloud strategy.
End to End responsible & taking technical ownership of the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Management.
End to End System Management - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Capacity Management etc
