Executes security controls, defenses and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems.
SOC Threat Intelligence Analysts -
Collect and analyze data related to potential threats and provide actionable intelligence.
Monitor and respond to security incidents, analyze security threats, and ensure compliance with security policies.
Technical Skills:
Cybersecurity Knowledge: Understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and security frameworks like NIST, ISO 270001, CIS Controls as well as be familiar with ORCA, Nucleus vulnerability tools
Soft Skills:
Problem-Solving : strong analytical and problem solving abilities to address complex security challenges
Decision-making: make informed decisions quickly in high demanding situations
Adaptability: able to adapt to process changes based on treat and evolving technologies
Collaboration: ability to work with other business units
Responsibilities:
Creates successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures
Manages audits hardware, software and network firewalls and encryption protocols
Manages security policies to control physical and virtual access to systems
Executes highly important information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information and systems
Internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions
Manages complex company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Required. Advanced degree preferred
8-12 years of experience
Ability to implement new systems and tools
Experience managing IT documentation processes
Advanced analytical skills
Advanced demonstration of project managing IT solutions
Manages in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvement
