About this opportunity:Join us at Ericsson in the rewarding role of Improvement and Performance Manager (SD). The primary focus of this role includes identifying and implementing strategic transformations across our business. You will be instrumental in bringing measurable improvements to our customer experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance. You will guide our company through pivotal culture changes, handle operational performance management, and set purposeful targets. Your expertise in analytics will be key in steering transformation initiatives and influencing business flows, units, and functions.
What you will do:- Analyze processes, workflows, and operations to propose noticeable improvements.
- Define business case and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for transformation initiatives.
- Identify and manage risks associated with transformation initiatives.
- Drive transformation initiatives from conception to adoption, ensuring OKRs are met and the business case is fulfilled.
