We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Import-Export Executive to join our team.2. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of import and export regulations, documentation, and logistics processes.3. The Import-Export Executive will be responsible for facilitating the movement of goods across international borders in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.*Responsibilities*:1. Coordinate and manage import-export shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods while complying with all customs regulations.2. Prepare and review shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.3. Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transportation of goods.4. Coordinate with customs authorities to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and clearances for import-export activities.5. Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to internal stakeholders and customers as needed.6. Resolve any issues or delays in the import-export process, including customs inspections, documentation errors, and transportation problems.7. Maintain accurate records of import-export transactions, including shipping costs, duties, and taxes.8. Stay up-to-date on changes to import-export regulations and compliance requirements.9. Identify opportunities to optimize import-export processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.10. Assist with other duties related to international trade and logistics, as assigned by management.*Requirements*:1. Bachelor's degree in international business, supply chain management, or a related field. / Any graduate.2. Proven experience in import-export operations, preferably in a similar role.3.
