Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, Networking, VPN Configuration, Cloud deployment, Firewall.
Responds to client inquiries.
Assists with installation of computer software and operating system updates.
Install, configure, and upgrade operating system and software.
Two-wheeler mandatory.
Good communication skills to assist non-technical users effectively, Basic knowledge in system.
Ability to work independently.
