About this opportunity:
An exciting career opportunity awaits at Ericsson as an ICT Engineer. We are looking for a 2nd Level IAM ActiveDirectory Operations professional. This job role is responsible for 24X7 support & management of ActiveDirectory infrastructure hosted on Hyper-V, HPE Hyper Converged Solution, Azure and AWS. Execution ofreactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available andperforming to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
What you will do:
Support the following systems and functions:
Part of core IAM – Active Directory Operations Team 24*7 Shift.
Problem Management. Incident Management. Patch Management.
Experience in core MS Active Directory, DNS, GPO management, knowledge of FSMO roles, ReplicationIssues, AD ports requirement for replication,
SYSVOL architecture, Domain Controllers Promotion / Demotion.
Hands on experience on AWS/Azure. Knowledge and hands on experience on Azure Log Analytics, AzureThreat Protection, Cloud App Security.
Exposure on Hyper-V Converged solution running on VMWare Platform.
Demonstrated experience with High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Service Continuity process andplanning.
BMC Remedy Monitoring/Ticketing tool.
Experience in monitoring tools like Nagios, MS SCOM and BSM – Any of them or all of them would be anadded advantage.
Categorization of the vulnerabilities of legacy protocols like SSL/TLS and fixing them and also fixing thevulnerabilities for RC4, DES, 3DES, SSL, TLS, Diffie-Hellman etc.
Support analysis of IAM configuration and policies to identify security and operational gaps.
Review and govern the services-based Integration of role-based access control, Active Directory, LDAP,SingleSign-On, End-User provisioning, identity and access
governance, and identity data synchronization services with existing applications and systems.
Support security related assessments and configurations for IAM & PAM platforms, adaptive riskconfigurationsand Multifactor authentications.
Define and setup approach for risk-based MFA and application access control.
Responsible for creating Conditional Access Policy and its management.
The skills you bring:
1.6+ years' experience on IAM, Active Directory
2.Technical skills on Azure Cloud, SAML, OAUTH App integrations, Entra ID
3.Conditional Access, Multi -factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign ON (SSO)
4.AD Connect, Azure Identities
5.Good communication skills and troubleshooting mindset
