you will be placed at customer location and will have to demonstrate expertise in IT Operations. You are expected to work on planning & scheduling the timeline, execution, Risk Identification & Mitigation, Monitoring & controlling, Quality control & Safety.You will need to visit the domestic client's offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.Responsibilities:Proven experience as an IBM DataPower Administrator with expertise in managing and configuring DataPower Appliances.Solid understanding of API concepts, Protocols and RESTful principles.Experience in designing and developing APIs using IBM API Connect or similar API management Platforms.Hands-on experience with XML, JSON, Web Services and SOAP protocols.Familiarity with API security standards such as OAuth, JWT, SSL and API key management.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues in a timely manner.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Working with respective OEMs and derive the calls to resolution.Reporting and analysis of day-to-day tasks.Preparing SOP of all the Tasks, activities, and break fix issues. Sharing knowledge base and other details on periodic basis with the team and other associates.Ensure delivery within primary area of Request Fulfilment / Incident resolution within SLAs.Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity..Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement
