Purpose of the job
A key element to the GES HR GSC (Hub) success is to organize all personnel administration and other HR transactional activities in shared service mode. Ensuring proper knowledge transfer from regions, processes, operational manuals in place, and regional requirements coverage.
GES HR GSC (Hub) creates, executes, and refines the operational part of the HR processes, tooling, products, and services with the aim to execute them within agreed service levels, with continuous improvements and cost competitive. Operating the global harmonized processes with regionals specific compliance requirements.
GES HR GSC (Hub) Team offers a range of services globally in the field of mobility & benefits, HR admin, organizational data management and personal data administration, learning, reporting and survey services

Key Areas of accountability/responsibility

Manage employment records and documents related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating, incl. filing according to legal requirement
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to Tier 1 and 2 (external provider) based on the location (in a local language)
Providing employee statements, letters, and certificates if it's out of self-service functionality.Deal with requests via Remedy according to internal KPI
Enable efficient processes and simplify procedure as continuous improvement.Support change management on communication.Provide reports as requested
Support Internal Control Framework operational controls.Support content management activities and HR Navigator administration for the regions
System execution for operational activities.Pro-activity in terms of issue solving and improvements

You Bring
Graduation or pos-graduation degree, preferably in HR. 3-7 years of total experience and expertise in French (B1,B2 certified)
Strong knowledge of HR systems such as SAP, Success factor, etc.
Good reporting analytics skills
Strong knowledge of HR systems such as SAP, any ticketing tool-based application
Well versed with Excel and MS Office
