The HR Business Representative Senior will provide generalist support with multiple business locations, sites, countries, and/or leaders. The key role is to assist in the execution of HR programs and processes that build organizational and leadership capability to meet business needs. Candidates must demonstrate and apply their expertise across HR areas including workforce planning, employee relations, labor law and compliance, training, compensation, benefits, HR metrics and analytics, HR processes, policies and systems.
Responsibilities:
Determine, understand the requirements of the noted stakeholder, site, country and identify and implement solutions to support a high performing team.
Coach for effective performance management with both leaders, managers and employees
Champion the organization's values and culture
Conduct investigations of employee complaints and performance escalations, with required company policies and management practices for resolution
Research and explain laws and legal matters concerning employment to managers, supervisors and employees
Collaborate with other members of the global HR community including HR business partners and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs)
Assist HR leadership in supporting the facilitation of talent reviews or assessing effectiveness of organizational design (OD) and partner with the business on development plans and OD solutions.
Act as a key change agent to support and drive any HR practices or company culture programs
Coach employees and leaders for development and career planning
Partner with talent COE and regional HR for implementation and execution of talent management, talent acquisition, service delivery and leadership development strategies
Use HRIS system to provide relevant metrics and predicative analysis to optimize business decisions in the areas of talent management and development, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
Delivers training (in-person and web-based) on HR processes and tools, leadership, and other topics
Support as needed business or project requirements
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
Minimum Education:Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration or related field
Minimum Work Experience (years):4+ years of experience in human resources.
