We are currently seeking a [[HR Operations & Admin Analyst (Comp)]] to join our team in [[Gurgaon]], [[Haryana]], [[India]].
Role Responsibilities
Ability to handle detailed problems which require standard solutions.
They receive general direction from their supervisor, are assigned deliverables and may be part of a team.
Supports development, modification and execution of new or revised compensation programs and policies.
Ability to perform full scope of activities associated with administration of competitive and legally compliant compensation programs.
Acts as a liaison between compensation groups and other HR departments, as well as line management and outside service providers.
Analyse changes in salaries or salary grades that deviate from policy or job structure and communicates findings and/or proposals to senior team members or leaders.
Provide guidance and direction to a larger/broader employee population regarding compensation issues.
Maintains and updates job and salary grade structure.
Review requests for new or revised jobs and provide guidance on appropriate salary grade and level assignment as per company standard.
Skills
Solid statistical analysis skills.
Solid understanding of job design and content.
Solid knowledge of principles and practices of compensation systems and programs.
Solid knowledge of HRIS, PC software and spreadsheet applications.
Solid oral and written communication skills.
Good project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
Strong skills in MS Office. Advance knowledge of excel
Ability to work independently, take initiative to make decisions when required.
Typical Years of Experience
Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in a role for HR Operations for UK regions.

Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university
Solid skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferences:
Prior experience of HR Ops role with Comp experience supporting UK
Prior experience of HR Master Data maintenance in SuccessFactors or SAP.
Any certification/ degree in HR will be given preference
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
