Company: Unified Brainz Virtuoso Ltd.Job Title: HR ExecutiveKey Responsible Areas:Talent Sourcing and Screening:Utilize diverse channels to find suitable candidates and rigorously screen resumes to shortlist the best.Candidate Management and Coordination:Manage communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth interviews and timely updates.Offer Management and Negotiation: Handle salary negotiations and promptly generate accurate offer letters and documentation.Onboarding and Documentation:Guide new hires through Onboarding, ensuring a positive experience while managing necessary paperwork efficiently.Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Consult with managers to understand the staffing needs and refine candidate criteria for effective recruitment strategies.Job Description and Interview Creation:Prepare Job descriptions and insightful interview questions that pinpoint candidates suitability and fit.HR Template Development:Develop and maintain HR templates, customizing them as needed to streamline processes and ensure compliance.Skills & Qualifications:1. Masters in Human Resource will be preferred.2. 1-2 Years of Experience in Recruitments is a must.3. Excellent Communication Skills.4. Proficiency in working on various Job Portals and Social Media.5. Negotiation Skills.Compensation: Based on experience and Current Package.Job Location:Ahmedabad, Gujarat.Working Hours:10 A.M to 7 P.M.
