Responsibilities:
Cleaning:
Keeping the office clean, including furniture, office equipment like desktops, telephones, etc.
Helping organise meetings and setting up conference rooms.
Pantry Management:
- Keeping the pantry stocked with snacks, beverages, and other supplies.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the pantry area.
- Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
Office Time 09:30 am to 06:30 pm
