The position is responsible for fielding inbound online chats and calls from potential and existing customers, resolving complex questions, solving issues, and selling Lumen products and services as solutions for customer's communication, technology, and entertainment needs.The role includes establishing new accounts in the billing system, providing customer service and solutions to problems, handling credit inquiries, resolving customer complaints, explaining technical solutions, and asking discovery questions to understand needs, in addition to responding to Social Media queries on Lumen's official channels.Minimum QualificationsMinimum 3 years to 5.5 years experience from Tier1 companies preferably. Only international experience (UK/US/Australia) Chat experience considered, Please Note- Any domestic experience will be non relevant, not considered.Customer-facing or sales environment, experience handling primarily calls and chat.Exemplary oral and written communications / comprehension skills in English.Background in a customer focused or problem solving environmentPromotes and sells products and services to customersAbility to work independently across different shifts, with minimal supervisionProficient in working with several computer applications and databases, managing through multiple systems programs and screens simultaneouslyStrong customer focus, problem solving skills, and time management skillsExperience in complaint handling and resolutionAbility to meet and exceed monthly performance targetsActual experience in using CRM tools like SalesForce, and Social Media Management tools is an advantage, possess extremely good Computer Skills, comfortable with Microsoft products.Minimum typing speed WPM 35+ and Accuracy 95%+Imp aspects:-Job Location:- NoidaShould be willing work from office from the day of onboardingShould be willing to work in US shifts, rotational week offs
