Ensure that the solutions meet high standardsof performance, reliability, and customer satisfactionEnforces standards:Establishing and maintaining standards and best practices within the service line ensuring thatall solutions adhere to these standards, which may include technical specifications, designprinciples, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes.Actively monitor compliance with these standards and take corrective action when necessaryto maintain consistency and quality across all offerings.Accountable for all solution and quality delivery for Service Line:Accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of solutions and maintaining quality withinthe service line. Responsible for the outcomes and performance of the solutions, both from atechnical and business perspective.
