DAZN is a leading global sports streaming platform, providing fans with access to a wide range of live sports and original content. As the Head of Acquisition you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand presence and driving growth for DAZN in France.
As the Head of Acquisition, you will be responsible for delivering new customer revenue, optimizing the customer journey, and improving acquisition spend efficiency. You will oversee paid media, SEO, affiliate marketing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance forecasting and promotional offers.

As our new Head of Acquisition, you'll have the opportunity to:
Customer Acquisition: Drive landing page traffic, optimize conversion rates, and manage acquisition volume and spend efficiency (CPA).
Sales Planning & Analysis: Lead performance forecasting, budget planning, and evaluate promotional offers to maximize customer growth.
Journey Optimization: Analyse and improve the customer sign-up journey across all channels.
Paid Media, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing: Develop acquisition strategies, test new channels, and optimize local SEO performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, campaign marketing, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive strategies and results.
You'll have:
8-10 years experience in Sports Marketing and Entertainment with deep understanding of Subscription models.
Proven track record in consumer marketing, particularly within a subscription-based business.
Expertise in creative campaign development, social media strategy, and partner marketing.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
Experience in the sports or entertainment industry.
Deep knowledge of the Football landscape.
Fluent English and French.
