Automation Manager – Local Automations is responsible for driving the development & Operations of contractual reports, Network performance reports and Life Cycle Management of the Databases, Parsers and Server in Local Automation.

What you will do
• Governance of the deployed EOE Processes including regular audits, KPIs monitoring, identifying area of improvements and drive implementation of best practices across the delivery unit
• Definition and ownership Reporting strategy to achieve stretching cost saving and performance improvement targets as set by Head of Tools Performance & Automation.
• Lead the development, maintenance, integration and performance management of the tools and automation portfolio working together with SL Operate, Service Management & Tools team and SDT team.
• Lead innovation and adoption of new ways of working, including opportunities to leverage agile methodologies in how we build and scale new capabilities.
• Responsible for enabling automation/innovation in deliver to take cost out.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continual development within their sub-unit.
You will bring-
• Operational performance reporting
• Drive the identification of work activities that can be automated.
• Develop and implement Automation and Tools solutions.
• Maximizing re-use of existing automation and tools available across DF Operate customer contracts.
• Manage team of Automation Engineer, Support Engineers, Automation Architects etc. to execute and achieve required strategic, savings and quality target levels.
• Customer integrations with existing Automation Solutions.
Key Qualification:
• Degree in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Automation and Analytics application for Telecommunications.
• The Strong technical foundation, preferably with focus on Automation/Analytics Tools, Machine learning and/or Artificial Intelligence
• Previous experience from implementing technology and driving innovation (5+ years required)
• Experience in Python Knowledge is added advantage.
