Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Consultant to play a pivotal role in managing and supporting employee assignments, transfers, and relocations—both internationally and domestically. This position serves as the central point of contact for employees, clients, internal teams, and mobility suppliers, ensuring smooth and efficient mobility processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the central contact for mobile employees and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on all aspects of mobility processes, policies, and procedures.
Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration on mobility-related matters.
Supplier Coordination: Manage communication with external suppliers to ensure alignment with the client's mobility processes and policies.
Inquiry Resolution: Promptly and effectively address inquiries, ensuring that all questions, concerns, and requests for information are resolved with precision and clarity.
Policy Communication: Clearly communicate global mobility policies and procedures to all relevant stakeholders.
Data Management: Oversee the diligent recording and management of employee data within the global mobility system, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy regulations.
Documentation and Compliance: Manage and coordinate essential documentation, approvals, and compliance for various mobility arrangements.
Expert Resource Development: As you gain expertise, become a go-to resource for resolving complex global mobility issues by collaborating with stakeholders and the client's global mobility team to develop effective solutions.
Risk Management: Conduct detailed analyses and assessments of unique assignment scenarios, applying best practices to minimize risks and ensure successful outcomes.
Policy Enforcement: Rigorously enforce global mobility policies and guidelines and manage any necessary deviations or exceptions in partnership with the client's mobility team.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with assignees, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction throughout their international assignments.
Client Advocacy: Proactively identify opportunities to add value to clients through our services, advocating for clients' needs and priorities to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Work Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of work in progress (WIP) to ensure efficient management and oversight.
Manage Teams: Understand client engagement needs and effectively manage teams across multiple engagements. Implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, while also supporting the career progression of team members.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in managed services or global mobility.
Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing complex global mobility activities, including providing training and support to teams, and managing stakeholder relationships.
Problem-Solving: Proven track record in resolving escalated issues within a global mobility context.
